ISO a good deal on having t-shirts made?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to have t-shirts made with my pictures? Looking for a cheap price (of course) and I don't want to be required to buy a huge amount of them. Preferably about 10. The kids love to support DH's hobby by wearing special racing shirts with daddy's car on them!!

The kids and I make our own. I go to Wal-Mart and buy three or six packs of Hanes plain white tees. Size up because they shrink a lot. Wash them in really hot water to shrink down completely. Then they are ready for transfers.

You can find T-shirt transfer paper in any computer and most discount stores. The cool-peel sheets work better than the hot-peel ones. Remember to invert your image, the you can print out any .bmp or .jpg file that has been scanned into your computer, sent to you through email, downloaded from your digital camera, etc.

You can use many different programs to work with the image. Most computers come with one already installed. Crop, brighten, enlarge, make whatever changes you want. Then invert, print out on transfer paper, and iron on to your shirt!

My kids and I do these for Halloween, School Spirit Day, Flag Day, etc. Whenever they want or need one I have the stuff right here at home to make them in about 15-20 minutes.

Thanks for the awesome idea! My daughter is always making personalized T-shirts with her friends and they usually look pretty homemade.LOL This idea will really help make them look more professional and they can make individual designs.

Thanks for the idea, but my printer doesn't do that great of a job. I would also prefer to have colored t-shirts due to the fact the kids get pretty grimy at the races. Any other ideas would still be appreciated. Thanks again though GoErin.
