Best Long Distance Telephone Rates for In-State Calls

I am looking for the best deal on long distance telephone rates for in-state calls in Michigan. I know there are lots of those 1010 numbers out there that save you money over rates charged by AT&T etc., and some of the prepaid phone cards can give you good deals on a per-minute basis, but most I've seen cost between 5 or 6 cents per minute. Considering my kidlets love to talk to their grandparents, I need to find a way to lower my long distance phone bills!
