Ok, now I need help....

Did anyone else see the episode of Jackie Guerra (Selena)'s "You're Invited"
on Style TV where she throws a kid's garden party?
She had yellow balloons dressed up as bees. I'd like to know how to make those. Any ideas appreciated, thanks!
