Miracle Blade?

Has anyone seen the miracle blade infomercial? I just saw it last night and it looked like a good deal @ $39.99 for the set. I figured I would just order it today on the website. My DH said that he is sure it comes with the butcher block to store them, but I don't remember. On the website it is $29.99 extra plus S&H for the block.

Does anyone remember if the block DOES come with it and if it does could you post the number?

Nope, when you call in to order, they will do the sales pitch for the block and a second set of knifes for a discounted price. That is unless they changed the deal. They are okay knifes for the price. Much better than the ginsu knife deals from a few years ago...better quality imo, but I am happy with my wusthofs

I found out that the block doesn't come with the knives, but I found a site that giver you a combination deal OR free shipping.

A friend of mine got the knives (block extra) and really like them. If I didn't just get a set of Chicago Cutlery for Christmas, I'd probably order them too.
