Question Good house plan sites?
We are preparing to build a new house but can not decide on a house plan. Anyone know of any good sites?

I always see this in my monthly mag so I looked it up for you. They always have some beautiful homes and you can search their database of over 600 homes.

Nice choice. It's a very pretty home We are in the process of looking for a new house. Occassionally we consider building, we just aren't sure yet!

Actually we 'based' our plan on this. Dh drew up this plan in TurboCad and then made some changes that we wanted (pushed out a few walls, added a walk in pantry for the kitchen, added another downstairs closet, made the under-the-stairs storage accessible from the kitchen for a walk-in pantry, etc.). Then we took our modified drawing to the architect and we just love our home!

Good luck in your search. If you're going to be building a home from scratch and have any questions, please feel free to pm me. We moved into our custom home (which we did a good % of the work) last February and of course there are some things we forgot or just wish now we would have done.....hindsight is always 20/20.
