| Weight Watcher Points?
Could anyone help me locate the program for "the points" program? I am a stay at home mom with little money and a bit extra weight. I would like to try to use this program but cannot afford it. Can you help me? Thanks! |

If you could go to just one meeting It would work for you. They will weigh you and give you information on how many points you can have per day. They will give you a points slide that will help you in calculating the points for the foods you want to eat. I only went to one meeting in April and bought a few books, Since then I am doing this totally on my own and stay within my points per day, which for me are 18-23. I have lost 32 pounds doing this on my own. Good luck. If you have any questions please Email me and good luck. __________________ [Only registered and activated users can see links.
