13" TV deals? (B&M or online)

Hey all. I want to buy my bf a TV for Christmas. Right now he's saving up money to move out on his own (he's 21), but in the meantime him and his mom are getting on each others nerves. They fight over stupid little things like what to watch (even though she has a tv in her room she could watch...but that's a diff. story...)

So, I wanted to get him a smaller sized Tv...about 13". I really would like to find a good B&M deal, but I would even buy online from a reputable dealer with name brands.

The catch is...I was only looking to spend about $40 (or a little bit more) after sales/coupons/rebates. I'm hoping there is some good loss leader stuff around Christmas or good clearance stuff.

I found a 13" at Ames going out of business sale the other day...but it was still $59.99 and NOT AT ALL a name brand (something like Shang Chang...)...and I might consider spending that much for a good brand...but NOT a generic brand when I don't know how well it will work. (Ames going out of business sales make me made...grrr)

The TV doesn't have to be a newer model, just not ancient. New, not used.

If anyone knows of any good B&M deals/coupons/rebates or any good online deals/coupon codes/free ship/rebates, etc. PLMK.

No rush...just hoping to have it for Christmas
