Adobe PhotoShop 6.0 or 7.0

I need a deal on the full retail version of this program that is either unregistered or which the owner will transfer their existing serial number to me via Adobe's registration transfer process. (that's to prevent copies which would be stealing Adobe's property per their licensing agreement). I cannot use the Academic version. Normal retail for 7.0, the latest is $599 & I can get a discount to $499 using an old Adobe Photoshop LE 5.0 program I have to trade in to Adobe. Anyone have any better deals than these?
