Man, when you get bad customer service you get bad customer service! Someone should teach this Raymond Singer guy what email etiquette is!

This is in regards to the $20 off coupon that everyone was using, when you guys got DVD's for free, and I ordered the Girl Interrupted DVD.

This morning the guy called me and said "I want to know what this email is about." When he realized he woke me up, he hung up on me without saying goodbye OR apologizing for waking me up!

How rude is that? I fired off an email to his supervisor.
