I am back from Branson

and what a trip It was just ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL if noone has ever been there you must Go.
We got there on Sunday and checked into our resort which was in StoneBrige Village with just a breathtaking view, the first night we just kind of cruised the Strip (Hwy 76) and you wanna talk about traffic geez its like a puzzle takes 30 minutes almost to go 2 blocks it reminds me of driving through Vegas (even though I never been there) we did some souvenier shopping and ate at the Olive garden
Monday>> we went outlet shopping at the the factory shoppes and boy was that fun shopping galore I bought all kinds of stuff(candles lots of candles) then we went to Condo for lunch and rest then to Dixie Stampede and it was just FANTASTIC the horses was beautiful then to top the night off we went to Hollywood wax museum and then more shopping
Tuesday>Showers all day long but not real strong except for about 20 minutes we decided to do inside stuff so went to play Mini Golf Indoors and then lunch at Grand Country Square and shooping (MMMMMM FUDGE) and then went to the Bobby Vinton Theater to see the Spirit of the Dance (Riverdance) another awesome show then we went to Ripleys believe it or Not Museuem very interseting and more shopping
Wednesday>> we rode the Ozark Ducks very nice relaxing scenic tour on land and water lots of fun then we went to the StoneHill Winery for free tours and wine sampling which I have to admit had to go lay down afterwards got a small buzz hehehe but ended up buying some wine HEEHAW LOL then we went did more shopping and to dinner at the Cracker Barrell and more shopping before retiring for the night
Thursday>> we went and road The Branson Scenic Railway very Breathtaking Views the train took us to Arkansas and back 40 miles altogether very relaxing and we shopped at Historic Downtown Branson and ate at the Farmhouse the best darn blackberry cobbler I ever put in my mouth more shopping and a nap then we cruised the strip for last minute shopping and Ice Cream and of course picture taking then to turn in early to get an early start
Friday we left after eating breakfast and it rained all the way to Malden where we went to see my friends family and have dinner then we came back to Paducah (my home) late last night and she left this morning to catch the plane

I will have pics posted later this week but It was just awesome and hope to go back agagin someday

we have a tshirt that says....i survived highway 76.....its crazy....did you see the shepherd of the hills play? awesome.....but you usually have to get tickets pretty far ahead of time......

I didn't get to see any shows at the Shepards of the Hill there was only a car show going on but did get to see the Inspirational Tower and it's surroundings I needed one of the Survived the 76 shirts it was CRAZY but worth it
