 We Accepted An Offer On THE HOUSE! I'm still in shock! Talked to Realtor on Monday and put up sign. He listed it Tuesday, Wednesday it was put on the internet and today we accepted an offer. WOW! Average market time around here is well over 200 days for a business and 182 days for residential. * I'm sending some good *karma* to Cashhound and Chellem! THAT'S SOOOOOOOOOO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm sooo happy for ya!!!!!! thanks for the good vibes!!!! our sign was just put up on monday..i've seen lots of folks driving by and stopping out front..and got a letter today saying it's being put in the real estate book....soooooooooooooo  hope it goes!!!!!!!! we report in Rhode Island on October 20 soooo we got a little bit of time |

| Congratulations! We purchased our house like that too - they put it on the market at noon on Wednesday, we saw it at 3pm & had an offer in before 5pm. Waiting for the old owners to accept the offer was the longest 36 hour wait - they really didn't think there'd be an offer that fast and went out of town! Sometimes it's plain luck that you list just when your buyer is ready to look.
