Kashi brand cereals rule!!!

Kashi makes high protein/high fiber, healthy cereals, with less sugar, they taste good, the prices are reasonable, and you can even get them in regular grocery stores sometimes! The "GoLean" version has the most protein and fiber, but all of theirs are better than regular cereals, if you like cereals, but want to get in more fiber and less sugar, check it out

I've had Kashi cereals but found them too bland for my taste, however, I'm used to eating junk cereals like Life, Lucky Charms, so you know why they taste bland to me. I know, they are better for me. I'll have to give them another try, but this time I think I'll add fresh fruit on top, for more flavor.

I just love their Good Friends cereal...amazingly enough, so do my kids (who are 2-1/2 and almost 5), they eat it right out of the box! Kath
