? regarding Staples order confirmation

I was wondering if anyone who has ordered (and received items) from Staples can tell e how long does it usually take for one to obtain an order confirmation? I placed an order this morning for the Canon scanner (thank you parker, once again--great post!) and the screen came up "thank you for your order...you will receive an email when your order is shipped"...just wondered if I would find out today or not? (Curious, because I placed an order on 02/13--(aka stock-up on toilet paper day)...It is in my order history; however, CS said they have no record of my order? (Hoping this doesn't happen w/my scanner...I need one!) Thanks again for any info...sorry about the long post!

Got the same e-mail. I've ordered from them before and let's just say, they're not organized. Patience is the magic word.
