ordered from one site, received at wrong price from another site= BORDERS????

I feel stupid for not keeping up with what I order from whom and for how much but I haven't and now I'm in a pickle.

I ordered some books from some site- one of those that searches and compares stuff for you, I think- and received the books direct from Borders but at FULL price. They just know it was an on-line purchase= that's all they can tell me. How do I find out who I ordered from and why the coupon didn't work?

Has this happened to anyone else?

The same thing happened to me ,also stuff from borders.I don't remember who it was thru either,but I think it was supposed to be up to $20.00 in the form of a rebate or credit to your charge card.We,ll just have to wait and see I guess!

Thanks, Graceland. That's exactly who I ordered from!! Thanks to you, I was reminded that the rebate is in the form of a check from them which won't arrive until weeks from now. I feel much better having figured that out. Thanks again.
