Have some fun, get outside, don't overly grill the meats and veggies (it releases carcinogens). If you're going to a festival or concert this weekend, just load up on some quality proteins and veggies before you leave home, and sneak* some fruit into the festival for a snack. If you still feel like buying the corndog, go ahead its Memorial Day!
