| A really ODD problem for you computer techies
Okay - this one has me stumped.
I have a cordless phone plugged into our computer to use as the internet line. So the line goes in, and the phone goes out.
Every time the phone rings when I'm on the computer (but not the internet) my computer goes whakko! It hesitates REALLY bad, or just plain freezes up. When I say hesitate, I mean if I click a button, it takes about a minute to respond.
The phone base is sitting on top of my computer. Could that be doing it? Any other thoughts or suggestions? I never had this problem with my old computer. (But it was sitting next to the computer, not ON it).
Thanks in advance!
