I just saw the following thread by sallyhoffman in Help Me Find a Deal and figured it might get overlooked there.

"Please Read - I Need Your Help!
One of the first grade teachers in my son's elementary school has had her class studying families and cultures in the United States and around the world. As a class project they have asked extended families and friends to send them postcards from where they live. The class will then locate the city, state, or country on maps and study more about that location.

They are trying to get postcards from all 50 states and from as many countries as possible. I am asking all my fellow Deal of the Day members to please consider helping with this class project. The address is:

Thanks SI, I wouldn't have seen this..will do. Gosh, I have sucked at getting things in the mail, a little postcard shouldn't be TOO hard..LOL!

I have postcards from Atlanta and from St. George Island, FL.

That would be a wonderful area in FL for the class to study- 1/2 the island is protected beach- no high rise condos and go carts on the beach- their turtle hatching program is huge too!

I will send both on Monday!
