don't know to whom i should address this, but it seems that there is a problem with dod's dns entry and/or a listing. things don't come up right with the www attached, but do without it. sems to be a problem sometimes, but not always. anyone out there having similar problems?

it's making the whole site load very slowly because some of the internal links on the pages are set with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] instead of dealofday.com. i set my internal dns server to give back the right ip, but that's probably not something everyone is happy doing. who does the tech side of things...whoever it is needs to refresh/reregister the dns entries. pretty please? |

Oh boy! I am so glad (well, not) that I'm not the only one! I thought it was my system or my ISP. Today I wrote my ISP and they said they couldn't get in unless they took out the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] I got right in as soon as I dumped the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] I tried first coming in by using the IP address, but the first page only would load so far with errors. Now everything is so sloooow loading, but at least I am here. ![]() Now I know I'm not going crazy!!!

I just wish something would be done............SOON!! I hate this!! It's taken me about 2 hours to read and get caught up with what I missed and that is only the 1st page in GCC. I'm not even attempting page 2 or more.

I am having the same problems here. I can get on at work but not at home. I was thinking it was my system to. But after reading all the posts I really do not think that is what it is. I will try dumping [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] and hopefully that will work for me...

I emailed them back with the line and code and eceteria of the error. I guess it didn't help though. I haven't had any problems at all since then. I hope I don't.

I still can't get in with the www ![]() Once I get into DOD without the www, if I click on forums and such, it tells me "cannot find server" and I have to take out the www in the address line, then it takes me right there. Other sites are working just fine....just not DOD....the most important site

Well, I've been having problems for a LONG time.......... [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Nothing gets done about it. I'm not blaming anyone here, unless they have the power to fix it, or find out who does.
