Lost alot of my info need some help

I have lost everyones email I had and AIM names. Nothing happened bad I just switched ISP and had a few "issues" at the same time while doing it (Thanks Sushi for helping)

So if I had you or you had me on you AIM or Email please PM me so I can update you and myself.

This really stinks I feel lost with out all my contact info. So all your emails and AIM names would be great when you can and I will send you my new one back.
