| And thank God the Eagles aren't in it. (Sorry everybody.) I live with my sister (a Cowboys fan) and I don't think she could have handled hearing E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES! all day long. Now we may have some peace at the party. As a Cardinals fan, I gotta go with the Rams this year. Aeneas Williams needs a ring! ![]()

| Okay, this is how pathetic I am. I wanted to have a superbowl party at my house until I found out the game is not starting until 6:00 p.m. East coast time. Yup, I'm that pathetic. I changed my mind. I was like, hmmmm, if it started at 4:00 p.m., I could get everyone out at a reasonable hour, but 6:00 p.m. means they would be in my house making a huge mess until really late. LOL!!! I think I'll go trash someone else's house instead or maybe just watch it with hubby... GO PATS!!!!!!!! Lori |

| I was hoping to have one this year in our new house which would have been great as dh's fave team (Rams) made it, but we're going to just be moving this weekend..of course stopping Sunday to watch the game. Here's to next year! We've been to several SB parties where we played a fun quarter game. As everyone arrived, they put their name on a list and put a quarter in a jar. When the game started, the person first on the list got possession of the jar. Everyone adds another quarter to the jar and the jar was passed to the next person on the list whenever possession of the ball changed (doesn't count on kickoff). Whenever a team scored, the person with the jar got the quarters then everyone puts in another quater and the jar goes to the next person. I hope I was able to explain that well enough. The quarters can surely add up if you have enough people there and whenever there is an interception or punt on 4th down! Does anyone else have any SuperBowl games for their parties?

LOL Jersey Girl - I know just how your sister feels I was rooting for the Eagles to lose too because I've been a Cowboys fan FOREVER! ![]() But, since the Patriots are going, I've got to support my sister.... GO PATRIOTS |

| We were going to have one if the Steelers one, but I doubt we will now. We used to be big Pats fans until they did a number on us CT fans...hubby was so psyched that they were coming to CT, he and his friends even had "Hartford Patriots" hats made up and some of his buddies even had reserve seat options already... don't know if they ever got their money back! We haven't gotten any invites either so I don't know if anyone is in the spirit or not for a party this year...regardless I am gonna try to make some garlic teriyaki wings and maybe some other munchies... ...if you are all going to parties I hope you have a good time and eat well, and hope whomever you are rooting for, wins!
