Love Planning a Wedding!!

December 28th, 2002!

Myself and MyViperisRed are planning our wedding for next December and we want to take advantage of the holiday spirit and all the beautiful decorations.

Our colors are white and red, using white lights and red bows and white bells for decorations and lots of other little touches.

I am looking for as many ideas as I can get... planning a wedding is a bigger job than I EVER would have imagined! But its something I have been looking forward to for my entire life!

Does anyone have any ideas for our Christmas wedding? They would so much be appreciated! I could use all the help we can get!

Oh and next time you see VIPER on DOD.. give him a hard time for me!

Thanks for all the fun on DOD!

I don't have any wedding ideas for you either. Sounds like a beautiful wedding though. I will let you know if I get any ideas.

Aren't there some wedding planner sites? hmmmm... maybe you could get some ideas from some sites.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] is THE place for general wedding advice and people on there can be very nice. I got some leftover M&M's in my color from a nice member and when my wedding was over, I gave my leftover candles, candleholder, etc. to another bride to be.

We got married on Dec 27th & were able to save a ton by using decorations that were already there for the holiday.

Keeping things to a red/white theme will really cut down on expenses. You should also ask if the church/hall/wherever can keep their holiday flowers and/or decorations up for you. The only problem is that it is the weekend before New Years Eve, so you might run into a problem with places wanting to have early celebrations so don't forget to ask early.

Congratulations on the wedding!!

Cool

Either
1. Don't get married... it's all downhill from that day
B. Run off and get married, come back and just have a big *** party.

Congratulations and welcome! Good luck to both of you in your planning! I really enjoyed planning my wedding. If I think of any ideas with the Christmas colors theme, I'll be sure to post! Like Kat said, be sure to utilize the decorations of the church or whereever you'll be getting married.....big expense saver!

Congratulations!!!!

A friend of mine had a December wedding. The wedding was in the evening. The church let them put white lights on the bushes in front and they did lumaninaries on the pathway around the church. It was really gorgeous at night with the snow.

Try searching the web for ideas with: Christmas Wedding
