ERROR MESSAGES......HELP

every time I turn on my computer now, I get 2 messages.

Microsoft Visual C++
runtime library
program C:|Windows|Systems|HKCMD.EXE

abnormal program termination


other error:

Program C:|Windows|System|IGFXTRAY.EXE
abnormal program termination


I have no idea what this is or does.
I had my ds install my new photo printer (this is the only thing new installed since I started getting these messages)

I have windows me, Gateway, aol 7.0, MSIE 6.0(I think), I use hp didital camera and installed the new photo printer(hp). We uninstalled my old printer before we installed this one.
