Need some advice please.

me too me too .. i have 7 aol addys ~ 1 dod addy ~ 1 yahoo addy...so i will vote with each addy .. if there was a way to do it .. but i thought it didnt work if you cleared the cookies? anybody out there that has done it and would like to share..please do sooo... i would love to help as much as i can

Lisa, I copied the following from Sushi's post because it's quicker for people to see it here than to look it up (hope you don't mind Sushi).

To help hershey out, just go to the start button on your puter, then go to search, and click on search for files and folders. (you're puter may be slightly different depending on the operating system your using). then search for "heinz" on your harddrive and it should show 1 or more files. Just right click that file and then choose delete (or just drag to recycle bin). then the next time you close IE completely, you will be able to vote again with a new email address


Anyway, this works. I did it last night and was able to vote using another email addy. Everyone please try!

ok .. went into my find folder....did a search on "heinz" and 2 folders came up .. deleted them both .. went to the hershey site and clicked on hershey .. and it didnt give me the option to vote again ... grrr..told you im computer illiterate !! lol .. did i forget to delete anything else? did i miss something ?

Did you completely close your browser before you tried to vote for the second time? You need to close your browser, then delete the files, then re-open the browser to vote the second (or third, fourth, fifth, etc.) time.

I'm just closing the first page, deleting the cookies, clicking on the link to open a new page and then letting the rest of my family vote. It's working for me, but I'm using IE and not AOL. That might make a difference. Not sure...but it might.
