I finally got the 120 free units for buying a Trac Fone. . .

I know several of us bought Trac fones over the summer. The phones came with a mail in certificate good for a $30.00 rebate or a 120 unit trac fone card. I mailed my form in on July 13, 2001 and just got my 120 free units in the mail!!
I was starting to think that is was a scam and they were never coming.

You have to have the phone active for 90 days to get the minutes or the rebate, whichever you requested. I know quite a few people who hav them and they seem to run on schedule. I'm hoping for mine pretty soon.

Two of my sister's have TracFones, and they both chose to receive the 120 minute cards for their rebates... They both got their 120 minute card pin #'s in approx. 90 days. Within a couple days of each other. They're happy! I also told them about how Amazon.com has the $50 off a $100 purchase in their wireless department, all they need to do is check for a current code for the offer and save $50! They said they're going to check it out!

Seems like a good deal for those that may still be thinking about getting one... The rebates are still good {We're thinking about getting a TracFone, and I checked out the rebate forms at our local Ames store... They're still good}.
