just found out about this software program called hotline (put out by hotline communications) and I was wondering if anyone else out there is involved - has a server, or a client?

sorry ted. looked into about 1 year or year and a half ago and it was kind of iffy back then so I didn't bother to download and install it. seems to be popular now since cnet has over 1 million downloads. how is it?

sushi - it's alright...there's alot of servers out there now, but most of them make you sign up for lists, etc. (banner servers, they call them) Only problem is it doesn't work, you've wasted your time, and they get what they want! Ugghh! Way to slow for dial-up - even at OC3 speeds (above 600kbps) it's pretty slow...20k is the best I've seen for d/ling and uploading is even worse. |
