OK...my first choice is Mtn. Dew but we all know how bad that is for you so...my latest drink of choice is slim fast. Let me just say one word...YUK!! It is So hard to sit at my puter & drink 2 glasses of slim fast a day when I am used to can after can of pop.

Hmmmm...I drink DIET Mountain Dew...I didn't choose Mountain Dew on the poll tho because I figured that wouldn't be right..lol! I use to drink the reg. stuff tho, until I got plump and realized I was getting probably 5 times more carbohydrates a day than the "average" person needed...lol..I was drinking I bet SIX a day if not more! Yipes! Diet Dew is definitely an acquired taste. I have never liked the "colas"..leaded or unleaded..lol..if I get a desire for something different than my Diet Dew..it'll be a Sprite or 7-Up. Hubby will drink ANY diet soda..Fav tho is Pepsi One. He switches tho week to week..lol..depending which one I get on sale FOR HIM..lolol!

my dad's a microbiologist, and is always asked to judge science fairs. a regular experiment is the effect if soft drinks on teeth. fyi, a baby tooth remains whole in milk and 7 up (sugared), partially dissolves in orange stuff, and DISAPPEARS in colas - diet or not!!! i myself love diet coke. but i love my teeth better, so i stick to diet sprite or 7up. and i would say that i'm an addict....

I always thought that ANY sugared soda would ruin your teeth. I had no idea that diet cola was so bad. I am going to learn to like sprite and 7up. |

Ok..I voted for Pepsi cause "It's the taste born in the Carolinas" BUT nothing beats my favorite..a tall glass of Luzianne iced tea with so much sugar you can stand a spoon up in it! Southern all the way...!
