DOD search engine --not working

i always do a search, and type in everything stated in product. nothing comes up, then boom, there's the OP

I was having that problem when I used the regular search. Like when I put the link in it, it would show a whole bunch of posts that didn't make sense. BUT most of the time it works if I put the LINK in the advanced search and hit found a freebie, leaving the rest as they are: search in entire message and any date. I have noticed that the posts from before DOD was changed don't show up tho. Is this how it's working for others??

I tried it yesterday, it wouldn't do anything. Just keep freezing up everything. I hope they get it to working.

could you be more specific about what problems you are having? I have used the search on the boards and main page and have yet to find a problem.

I tried to search for the specific items that I had in the 800# post so that they would not be repeats but in the (for lack of a better word) "general" search just about everything that was posted today came up, then I tried just putting in "1-800" and nothing came up at all.
