Anyone have a web site?

I have to register a web site for my company and business and I am lost!!! I have never registered a web site before and I do not seem to understand the terms and what would be a good deal. What does the term 'Parking' mean? Even after I register, everything seems to come with a price tag!!!

When I register a web site, will I not get myname@mywebsitename.com email addresses???? Do I have to pay for the email addresses too?

Is there a limit on the number of pages? I came across the prices that a 5 page web site has a different price and a 7 page web site and so on! Is it like that? Why can't I have as many pages as I want?

Anyone have an idea about a good web host? I come across so many of them and the prices vary a lot. I don't know whom I should trust with my company's web site!!

Does anyone have an idea what the price for registering a web site is? My search brought up that the cost for a .com extension for a year is $35 and a .tv extension is $50. Are these the rates or am I looking in the wrong places????

I did not want to go ahead and do all this without asking here at DOD!! I would kick myself for not asking anyone! Believe me, I did once !!!!!!!! I won't make the same mistake twice! Anyone have an idea about all this, please help me!!!!
