anyone try the vinegar yet???

Is vinigar used for dieting?
I seriously did not know that.....
I love the taste of vinigar.. especially the cider .....

I do not need to diet myself (maybe cause i do drink it???)
I have heard it will help clense your urinary trackt (sp?)
that is one reason i do drink it but sounds like an easy diet if i decide to ever lose weight

LOL I was just gonna bug Mouse to see if she got the teaspoon past her nose yet! LOL
I am at the bottom of my 2nd bottle and I have lost 5...maybe 6 lbs...hard to tell because I have edema from the heart deal. But I have a lot more energy!!! And I know it is wierd but I love the vinegar now! LOL I took some green beans and just soaked them in plain cider vinegar...was too good...but then I am strange too! LOL

Yesterday within minutes of reading your post my daughter told me someone was drinking vinegar to lose weight. How much are you supposed to drink and how often??

That is some nasty...STUFF!!!!!!!!
I took a tablespoon of it because in the ad for the pills there wasn't a single thing saying anything about how much each pill was equal to how much liquid Vinegar..oh lord..that stuff was nasty..here's the thing tho..getting it passed your nose is the hardest, then you swallow it and have that instant shuddering thing going on..goosebump heaven I tell ya, you have a hard time NOT smelling your own breath while reaching for the diet soda can...BUT once you take a drink of something else..the aftertaste is pretty much gone..this may take some getting use to, but if it works..COOL! Now I am going to take this amount everytime before a meal..that's when you're suppose to take the pills. I have 4 pounds I know I HAVE to lose so we'll see...I have to say..as soon as I was ready to drink it, I thought of coloring Easter Eggs..lol!

I don't know what the "correct" amount is to take to lose weight, but I did a tablespoon, I guess I was thinking just in case I spilled some on the way to my lips..lololol! I'll do it before each meal. Another thing I wanted to point out...it's APPLE CIDER VINEGAR..honestly, I don't know the difference between Vinegars, but the ads we saw were for Apple Cider Vinegar tablets..we must be cheap to do this instead of poppin' a pill!!! LOL! Come on Prairiedawn..join me in this little experiment..

No pressure tho, this is a little "odd".

LOLOLOLOLOL Mouse! Too funny! I am so proud of you! LOL It is not easy I know! LOL
I take 2 teaspoons after lunch and dinner and just started taking 2 more before bed. Do you know people used to drink this for a beverage??? LOLOL Now, that is just crazy! LOL But I am gonna keep that teaspoon handy! I love the extra energy!

Well cata..a year ago I would have said 40 pounds darlin', but I lost it and am pretty "satisfied" where I am today..minus those extra few..we'll take it from 4 to 5 pounds..make it a nice round number..I seem to put on pounds by smelling good food..hee hee..could be all of the Chinese I've been making hubby take me out for also..lol!
I of all ppl. know how hard it is to lose weight, I never lost all of the weight from my first pregnancy, almost 10 years ago..then add 2 more on top of that..yowza!

Cindy..a beverage..UGH..I think I would rather dehydrate! LOL! Hey, am I suppose to put this in the fridge now?!?! Maybe it would be a little less..yucky..I hate to say it, but having it at room temp. and the color makes your imagination wonder..ugh! GROSS! Seriously tho..the after taste didn't last like I thought it would..that's definitely a plus if that helps anyone?!?!

Oops! Mouse I hope you didn't take that wrong! I meant 4 lbs is not much compared to what alot of other people who NEED to diet need to lose. Even when I reread it, it sounded like I meant YOU needed to lose 40.OMG I don't even know what size you are- but I assumed mouse was for small...Anyway, liked that vinegar did ya?

My daughter told me people used to drink alot of vinegar because they would start to smell like it and it would keep the bugs away.

Ok guys i just had to come back and read these

Like I said b4 I LOVE vinigar I used to drink the coloring after dying the easter eggs......lol

I'll tell ya my grandpa used to drink Vanilla and grandma would give him some vinigar..... he said that it took the bitterness out of the vinigar...... i have no clue if that is true or not i like the taste of both i could drink either of them as a beverage........

I use vinigar to clean my coffeepot, i also drink the water vinigar mix......tastes different hot..... not as good as the room temp or refrigerated... lol

I know ya'll are thinking I'm nuts lol but oh well I am I just don't have the paper work to prove it..........

Oh mercy cata5..I didn't take any offense to what you said..NOT AT ALL..my reply would have shown it if I did...hee hee! Mouse is not for little by far

It was something my hubby started calling me one day and it kinda stuck..sure beats some of the nicknames I've had in the past!LOL! I think I may know how this vinegar works, I am not looking forward to the next dose at all..matter a fact, I've been thinking of skipping dinner all together so I don't have to...hee hee..Nah, I'm on my way now..got the Diet Dew all ready too...ewwwww...

hellifino...I don't know how you acquired that taste, but I guess we all have our own "unusual" likes

I may get use to this taste, but I doubt I ever start liking it as you do..lol! About that paperwork..hee hee..mine got lost in the mail
