Need opinions on Amazon.com

Hi i have never shopped at amazon i was thinking of doing it.
I was just wondering can all Amazon shoppers please give their experience of shopping at amazon either e.g good or bad

I've shopped at Amazon for several years now and I have YET to have a bad experience. They ship orders in a timely manner, customer service is always nice (on the rare occassions I've had to contact them at least) and they package orders very securely.

I too have shopped at Amazon.com for a couple of years. I have experienced one mishap with the shipping on my item taking almost two weeks. However, Amazon's CS took care of me and made everything right. I can easily overlook the problem as it wasn't a financial problem. I personally would pick Amazon over Ebay any day =]

I'd rather shop Amazon than most online stores or even eBay. I've always received my orders faster and have not once had a problem with them unlike messing with auctions, etc.
