Happy News
Well my daughter heard from her #2 choice for college today and she was accepted SUNY Fredonia At first when we saw the envelope we thought it was a rejection because the envelope was not the so called "fat" envelope, but we were plesantly surprised to hear she was accepted in the Music Therapy program and they even schedualed her audition already! She's so excited and happy and I'm just so proud of her!!

Congratulations! You must be thrilled! It sounds like an interestings career. Music therapy - is that something that is used for autistic kids? Or is that where someone plays harp or some other instrument for people who are dying?

Congrats to her! I actually almost went into music therapy when I started college...although back in 1999 it was almost unheard of, so I decided on another major. I think it's more popular now then it was back then.

Well we heard from our # 3 choice school today...Molloy College and they accepted her and gave her an $18,000.00 scholarship I wish she would jump on this one since the offer is so good, but she's still kind of holding out a little for her # 1 choice to come thru!
