Ok im offcially opening up a thread for the best chocolate..lol
its only came about becus my friend in the US sed to me on msn that hersheys was by far the best and i said cadburys(being from the UK)
so i have said to him im gonna take it too the mases and get answers!!..lol

so its down to the public here to prove me right :P

My friend received some Ghiradelli truffles for Christmas and they were SO good. Very smooth and melted like butter mmmmm... I have tasted Hershey more than Cadbury-I think they just come out during Easter around here, the Cadbury Eggs. I could be wrong-I'll probably see some next time I go to the store. May need to set up a chocolate tasting party

OK, I'm patriotic and everything, but come on! Hersheys is just yucky, while Cadburys is delish! No comparison between the two.

However, there may be an even better chocolate. I'll have to do some research!

I love the milk chocolatey-ness of Hershey's, especially with almonds.

Cadbury's is okay, but does taste a bit different to me. I do like their Fruit & Nut bar, though. I'm really not crazy about dark chocolates and really don't like white chocolate. DD loves Linder's or whatever that Swiss chocolate is.

I'm partial to Lindt Truffles and Godiva chocolate. Hersheys and Cadbury have that "waxy" taste and appearence.

I like Milk Chocolate the best!!
I think the very best I have had recently was
Godiva Chocolates..oh my goodness...it was dreamy

But the ghiradelli truffles are yum...
Mostly I am not that fond of dark chocolate it's too bitter for my liking
I can safely have those around!! LOL
