no I don't use it not do I ever plan on using it. I lose wieght the old fashion way, eat right and excerise.

Having been morbidly obese most of my adult life I can tell you that if it really did work there would be not a person on this earth with a weight problem! The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise and if all else fails "medical intervention" aka weight loss surgery!
