| Re: Mayonnaise--why is it on everything now?
I'm not too fond of mayonnaise myself, and McDonalds just glops it on! I swear they put 1/4 of a jar on there! YUCKO!

I like it. The more mayo, the better! I hate it when I get a sandwich that doesn't have much mayo on it.

I can't stand lots of mayo on anything, either. You're right, they always seem to put way too much of it on sandwiches, but to me it's always been that way. If I order something with mayo, I automatically ask them to put only a small amount on.

I started laughing ,thinking about this topic later. We use a french fry to scrape off the mayo. But we have no problem eating the lard fried french fries! ROFL

| Re: Mayonnaise--why is it on everything now?
I wondered the same thing Monday when DH and I were traveling to VA and stopped at a Burger King. I ordered a chicken sandwich without even thinking they would slather it with mayo. He ordered two whoppers. We had to scrape off the lettuce, etc. because there was so much of it. I realize that a lot of things they make ahead of time and we were in a hurry so I didn't want to special order but from now on I will make the extra time. I prefer salad dressing to mayo and really don't need either of them on my food. I am a big believer in not drowning food in that stuff. Now, as for the french fries, which I rarely eat, I love a lot of ketchup on them.
