Mine are very basic... I start with a protein shake mix, usually vanilla since you can flavor it any way you like. I've been buying Atkins since it averages $1 - $4 on clearance around here. Add some ice... for extra calcium you can add some skim milk, or to cut calories use some light juice beverage like Minute Maid (10 calories per cup) or just use water as directed on the shake's label, then add in about 1/2 cup of fruit - berries are the best because they are high in fiber and very dense with nutrients. You may want to add some sweetener (I use splenda) too, or some sugar free syrups like coffee houses use... blend it all up and enjoy!
The protein will keep you feeling fuller longer as it takes our bodies longer to digest protein.
My personal favorite is mango... some days I am in the mood for mocha so then I use a chocolate protein shake mix and add some instant coffee...YUM!
