Why are the same people winning Member of the Day?

1. Rules:
No purchase necessary. Eligibility: Contests are offered to United States citizens and in Canada except where prohibited by law to anyone at least 18 years old. Employees of InfoMedia, Inc., participating retailers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families (spouse and parents, siblings and children and each of their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sweepstakes Duration:
Sweepstakes runs daily from 12 am EST to 11:59 pm EST. Only registered members of Deal of Day are eligible to win. To register for free, click here. InfoMedia, Inc. is not responsible technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures if any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the entire sweepstakes or only the online portion of the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure or destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes.

3. Selecting Winner:
A winning member is randomly selected by computer for the daily winner. Members are eligible if they have visited as a logged-in member on the previous day. A logged-in member is defined as a registered member who has either logged into the dealtalk message boards that day, or as a registered member who has permitted DealofDay to place a cookie which keeps the member logged in with each visit. InfoMedia, Inc. will act as judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of registered members who login to the site on the previous day.

4. Prizes:
Potential winners member names are listed on main page at Dealofday.com. If named member claims prize within the allotted time frame, he or she will win a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate, to be awarded as soon as possible.

5. Notification of Winners/Claiming Prize:
Potential winner's registered user name will appear on Dealofday.com main page. The selected member will have until 11:59 pm EST of the SAME DAY to send an email to winner@dealofday.com, claiming the prize. The email must contain the member's REAL NAME, USER NAME and the EMAIL ADDRESS associated with your Deal of Day membership. Time of claim will be determined by timestamp on email sent, adjusted for the time zone of the sender. Claims timestamped after 11:59 pm of the same day will forfeit the prize. If prize is NOT claimed by 11:59 pm EST, the prize is forfeited and no prize will be awarded for that day. All prize winners will receive prizes by mail or email as applicable.

6. Prize Restrictions:
No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted except at InfoMedia, Inc.'s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. No prize transfers permitted. All federal, state and/or local taxes related to awarded prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

7. Additional Terms:
By participating, entrants agree a.) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor and judges as final, b.) where legal, to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation; and c.) to release, discharge and hold harmless InfoMedia, Inc., participating retailers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, sales representatives, and distributors from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of prize.
