Dunno how much I ride bikes..usually with the boys and it's always a minimum of 2 miles...at least once a day I walk/jog (asphalt,on a back country road)..either one mile with ankle weights or two miles w/o..minimum. BIIIIG EDIT..I said "hours" rather than MILES!!! GEESH, I wish! LOL!

| Re: What do you do for exercise? besides chase the kids......was nothing till the other day and my boys used there money and bought a trampoline shewwwwwwwwwwww I love it we get out there together and have a blast....the boys love mom out there being silly ![]() |

| Re: What do you do for exercise? Just got back from my 3.7 mile walk. The wife and I do that in about an hour (give or take a minute or two) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except when when the Do Jo is closed and then we do it every evening.) Tuesdays and Thurdays is Tae Kwon Do for an hour (if I am teaching, then it is three hours!)

| Re: What do you do for exercise? Well ... I run from him, too ... but there really is a hungry, brazen cougar in our neck of the woods. I need to mow weeds again tomorrow ... and am a bit afraid of being away from help ... but DH says if the machinery is running, he doesn't think the cougar will bother me. Hmmmmm. Maybe DH WANTS me to be bait??? Hahahahaha.

Okay now I will answer more seriously dh and I have started riding bikes with our grandson I don't know how far it is but we have a walking/riding track around our small town lake and we are trying to do twice around every day except Sunday. We are in such sad shape but as the riding gets us in better shape we hope to add more exercise to it. We have all kinds of equipment we just have not been using it.
