Re: What do you do for exercise?

I go to Curves and workout 3 times a week. DH and I try to walk 3-4 times a week, as well.

Re: What do you do for exercise?

In theory, my exercise plan consists of playing Dance Dance Revolution. It's actually a pretty good workout, and doesn't bore me like most exercise. But that still doesn't mean I stick to it enough.

Re: What do you do for exercise?

Dyllan, I use DDR too! Eye Toy Groove with the DDR mat is good exercise too because it uses your arms and legs.

mayfly, that xbox thing sounds cool. I wonder if they have it for Playstation? Is it going well for you?

Re: What do you do for exercise?

I really enjoy it a lot!!! Every work out is different, so that helps. Plus there is a little bar at the bottom that runs along the screen. It shows you how much longer you have on a particular exercise move, and what is coming next. It does pilates, kick boxing, and other fun things!

Re: What do you do for exercise?

I started the Denise Austin Lifetime channel workouts (7 a.m. est) and I love them! I have been doing them on and off for years and finally restarted this summer. I have also been doing pm yoga (after the kids are in bed, around 9 pm) for about a half hour or so. And whenever time & weather allow, I've been doing laps in my neighbors' pool! I can't believe the energy that a good workout can give you...and I have been sleeping better at night also.

Re: What do you do for exercise?

I tried the eyetoy, but I can't get it to work.

The problem seems to be the large mirror we have on the wall opposite the TV. Unfortunantely, it's permanently attached to the wall - it was there when we bought the house. Taking it down would require filling in with plaster and repainting the room... that's not worth it just to use the eyetoy.
