I have the nicest mailman and UPS delivery man
Well, since my nasty spill down the stairs my mailman has been bringing all my mail to the door for me and if I am sleeping (which around that time I usually am) sticks it right in the basket next to my door. He and his wife sent me a card. This morning my UPS deliveryman not only let my dog inside for me but brought me a cake that his daughter had made for me. He also brought the dog milkbones as usual. We live in a small area. I have never had such concern and care while sick. As hard a job as they have, they have shown such compassion. I am feeling so much better. Especially, since MIL is moved and I am finally able to get some rest. When I feel a little better, I think that I will make certain to repay them for their kindness in some form or fashion.

BTW...I just love my regular mail lady and the UPS man.

I wish mine were that nice, LOL! The regulars could care less if I am hobbling around, the sub UPS lady is really sweet though, she will carry stuff in for me to make sure I don't have to lift it.

You are very fortunate and they do deserve a special thank you.

That is so sweet. I had a great UPS guy and he retired. The UPS guy who replaced him is very nice, too. I think I'm really lucky. Of course, they see me a lot more than most of the people in my neighborhood!
