News Flash--I don't usually brag, but......
Jonathan and I got our Second Degree Brown Belts this week! Man, it has been long and hard work, but well worth getting that second stripe. Two more stripes and we will be Black Belts! That should happen in January of 2006! We are pumped!

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming!

That's awesome! I put my 4 year old in karate last year and he got his yellow belt, but I decided to wait a couple years before he continues. All the sitting and listening was boring to him, so this year he's in T-ball and Soccer.

But if he ever wants back in, I'll sign him up. I think it's a great thing to learn.

I don't know who he took from, but we don't sit and listen. Even the little ones work out. Our instructer is good with ADD kids and works with the school system. He is even good with us ADD adults!

Congrats! I'm working on getting my 1st degree brown belt in JuiJitsu. I'll be taking my test in June My daughter got her black belt 4 years ago when she was 11...she started taking classes when she was 5. She actually just got back into it after taking a 3 year break.
