 Turbo Tool
I have had my Dyson Animal for a month and basically I love it. One concern though that maybe someone can enlighten me about. The Turbo Tool on the DC07 just slips in the end of the hose. I see there is a catch on the tool itself that looks like I'm missing a part, but according to the parts list I have everything. When I use the Turbo on the couch I have to keep pushing it back on the hose as it slips down past holes in the tool that make it lose it's suction. And even with full suction it doesn't pick up hair as well as the flat upholstery attachment. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.  |
