I have not personally been there, but DS has went there on field trips. The kids liked all the animals. Especially good experience for kids from town/city. At local fairs and such, they have had booths set up with info about the park, and accepting donations to help cover costs of housing and caring for the animals. They have lion/tiger mix and horse/zebra mix. Here in Salem there is a family that has camels, bison, horses, elk, a lion, cows, goats, dogs, cats... pretty much any animal you can think of... They get the old donuts from Dunkin Donuts to feed the pigs... The family is very involved with the local Humane Society. My one sister and her husband rented an apartment from them and lived right next to their farm. Boy does the roar of the lion carry for a long way when it's quiet outside! But it makes sounds almost like a purr, but a lot louder too. It's also extremely cool, first thing in the morning, to watch the elk running through the field/woods that was fenced in right across the street from my sister's apartment.

TY Beffie I appreciate your post. Sounds Great-I'm going to send a contribution to place-was just trying to verify that they are the real deal, and they take care of the animals well. Appreciate
