Can You Help Me Figure Out If This Email Is Real??

I got this email just now and I'm not sure what to do and I really don't want my account to be suspended or anything right now because I have 4 auctions going now.

It's not real. If ebay needs your info, they will tell you when you sign in on ebay.com, otherwise it's a scam. Also, you can tell by the fact that they didn't use proper grammar...my favorite one is

"You have been pre-indefinitely suspended...."

How does one become "pre-indefinitely" suspended? Does that mean we are thinking about suspending you maybe in the pre-immediate future?? LOL

Also

"Please update information in your eBay account now by click here"

it should say....by clicking here. You can tell that somebody is either illiterate or English is their second language. In any case, most multi-million dollar companies wouldn't allow official emails to go out that poorly written. I did say most, by the way.

The links in the email are redirects to scam websites. And if you follow them, you'll notice they've already been shut down.

If your account is suspended, you will get a pop-up window from ebay when you log in at the website.

Yes it's trash.

I am suspended on a daily basis yet my auctions still live on!?! LOL

My mom has also been in trouble with eBay and she isn't even registered!

I've been registered with ebay for a long time now, around 4 yrs or something like that and this has got to be only the second email I've gotten like this.

I always hear about them, but wow, that just looks pretty real.
