Ebay Feedback

Well I can't find the thread so I'm posting it here.
I'm extending a big Thank You to the people that posted their thoughts about negative feedback on their auction sales through ebay. This got me thinking that I should retract a negative post I left 4 years ago--I was too hasty. There was a problem with the order, but it was fixed. So I put a amended feedback in. The seller really liked the fact that I took the effort to change it on my own. She has lots of postive feedback, so mines just a drop in the bucket, but hey, if it was me, I wouldn't want the negative feedback on my name. Thanks again for explaining the stystem to me.

Good for you! I know there are many people out there who get undeserved retaliation feedback (not saying this was the case) but if the buyer did what they were supposed to, they don't deserve a neg and if the seller worked to solve the problem at hand they should still be praised.

i agree-if a seller is honest, and if a mistake was made and they fix it and communicate with the buyer, then they should get a positive rating. just becuase a mistake happened they shouldn't get negative feedback. I think i left the negative feedback becuase i jumped the gun and didn't wait for the situation to be resolved. my only excuse was I was a newbie. Deal of the day teaches me something new all the time!
