| It's Cinco de Mayo!
Does anyone celebrate? What do you do? The stores usually have sales on the Mexican foods at this time so I stock up on things my kids like such as refried beans and salsa. lol I will be making something for dinner tonight...tacos or enchiladas....if you can call that celebrating.  Does anyone make authentic mexican food?  |

No, we don't celebrate it. One of the girls in my classes was going out to a Mexican restaurant tonight for Margaritas to celebrate it, that's the only person I know who is celebrating it, and she isn't even Mexican, she's Italian.

Maddie ate tacos and Mexican rice for the first time tonight since it was Cinco De Mayo. We don't celebrate it but in our younger days- we all would meet up for Mexican on 5/5. Tacos with Maddie was much more fun!
