| Re: Does your dog hate going out in the rain? I just put our dog in the garage, because we're having a thunderstorm. She HATES thunder and lightning. Rain is okay with her, as long as there's no fireworks!!

My dog hates the rain & the snow but I don't think there's anyway she'd allow us to put that contraption over her - she has enough of a problem wearing a sweater when it's cold. She's a spoiled dog - she uses a doggy box in the garage if it's wet or too cold outside for her.

| Re: Does your dog hate going out in the rain? I don't have to walk our dog...just let him out and I usually just wait in the garage for him. There are days when he'll wander as far from the house as he does when the weather is nice and then there are days he won't stray less than 10 feet from the garage. Guess it depends on his mood...LOL! Snow doesn't stop him at all...I confess to getting him snow-booties  LOL!

Cleo, our Golden Retriever LOVES the rain, she is like a kid making sure that she doesn't miss a puddle to run in, we have to dry her off outside because she is so wet. Kirby, our Papillon, HATES the rain, she will go on the porch and even that seems to be traumatic to him. We have an electric fence around the whole yard and I always wonder if they will get shocked.
