Question Wish List

If you could have anything you want regardless of cost, but know you will never have, what would it be?

My dream would be to live in a luxurious penthouse overlooking georgous scenery, and having a full-time housekeeper.

Re: Wish List

Mine is probably a bit weird, but to stay young looking forever, well, while I'm alive I mean. I know, it's a bit narcistic, but I hate having birthdays. Maybe a larger house, one with a tennis court, overlooking the water somewhere, maybe a really fancy sports car. Well...at least we can dream huh?

Daiquiri ... if you're going to wish for that, you have to go all out! You are too modest! You must add ... a cook, a state of the art computer system, and the fastest internet connection available today. Oh ... and one more thing ... a nice, good looking man to take out the garbage!

Re: Wish List

Ok, can I add a cute pool boy to my wish list, and a pool to go with that?

I don't want a cook because it's something I like to do, but the internet connection would be nice. That's all!

Re: Wish List

Okay, here goes...
A house with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen with an island( I have the kitchen and island) but I also want a dishwasher and all stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, a jacuzzi, a large dining room, office, and den, a large backyard with a really cool playhouse for the kids and believe it or not, no house help except for a cook. The cook does not even have to clean up after themselves, as a matter of fact I will forfiet all of the afore mentioned and just take a cook, (who also does the grocery shopping!!)

God Bless!!

Re: Wish List

A nice (not huge) log house on 100 acres. A cook, housekeeper, groundskeeper, and driver.

I want to enjoy life, and not have to deal with the mundane daily chores.

Re: Wish List

I would like enough money so that my husband didn't have to work, and we could spend tons of time together. I would love to be able to be able to travel all around with the kids and him.

Re: Wish List

Here is my list:

$45,000 to pay off everything, school loans, car and debt.

A modest house, preferably in red brick in the shenendoah valley of Virginia. Well maybe on a mountain overlooking the valley.

enough money paid to me montly in an allowance so that I could work part-time in a job I actually liked to go to.

And to be happy... whatever it would take. I am never truely happy anymore

I can't say the "I'll never have it part".
Everyday brings surprises and opportunities and I HAVE to have my dreams.

Re: Wish List

I would love to be able to go to each state and spend 2 weeks in each talking to people, tasting the foods that vary region to region, just looking at America. DH and the kids would be there too. It would take a couple of years and lots of money to do it the way I would like!
