Dead Leaves

I just had to share this as I have never seen anything like it!

For a few days I hve been finding dead leaves on the floor in my house. I was wondering where they were coming from as I was finding quite a few of them. At first I figured the kids were dragging them in on their feet but as fast as I would get rid of them they were appearing again. Then I thought, maybe the girls were collecting them and dropping them in the house but they adamantly denied it. Well, after a couple of days of this, I am cleaning out under the sofa and there is a little stockpile of dead leaves. Now I am really baffled. At this point I go down the hall and low and behold, mystery solved. Here comes my cat Abbey through the cat door with a dead leaf in her mouth!
I didn't know whether to crack up or scold her!!
I guess I should be thankful it is dead leaves and not dead squirrels or birds.
Now to figure out how to break her of the habit!!

Very cute!
I would have laughed.
If your yard isn't big, maybe try spraying bitter apple around your yard. If its big, try burying something she afraid of under a pile of leaves that you know she'll go to. Those are guesses, I've never heard of cats doing that. Good luck.
