 Lose 6 pounds in a couple of days Garlic and Papaya tablets act a a diuretec, and can take off 6 pounds in a couple of days. Take 2 garlic tablets with 2 papapa tablets before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat lightly on these days and stay away from salt. I think I remember hearing this somewhere too, don't use papaya if you are on heart medication, or was that blood pressure medication? Anyone?

| Re: Lose 6 pounds in a couple of days I haven't tried this, but it was in a beauty book I took out of the library. What do you mean yucky? You wouldn't actually taste the pills going down. You mean the combination together? I know, it sounds weird taking them together. I'm wondering if it works or not.

| Re: Lose 6 pounds in a couple of days Oh yeah, the lovely after taste, or, in the heat of summer, if you eat garlic, you will sweat that garlic smell out of your body, I'm not kidding. Ever notice people from different countries shopping in the summer? They have this odor about them, it's the garlic.

| Re: Lose 6 pounds in a couple of days Hmm... I eat tons of garlic & I have never ever had anyone say I have an odor about me. Then again, I generally do not sweat - even during the hottest days of summer. But, anything that would have you lose 6 pounds of water weight in a couple of days is just NOT healthy either. That's really hard on your heart and other organs. It's much better to lose weight slowly!
