Men's Grooming, do you men believe in grooming?

My guy believes in taking showers, blow drying his hair, shaving, that's about it, no fancy creams for him. No after shave lotion either. I've always loved after shave and men's cologne on guys how 'bout you? Sometimes I think men just don't get it, cologne is sooo attractive on a man, as long as they don't take a bath in it. A little goes a long way.

My guy is soooooooo clean he squeaks. LOL. He shaves every day, takes a shower every day, wears after shave unless he's going to work (he's maintenance supervisor in a factory that makes automotive parts), wears anti-perspirant always, brushes his teeth twice a day, has me trim his nose hairs, ear hairs, and neckline regularly, and keeps his nails trimmed short.

He knows I love him to wear aftershave, so he wears it for me, otherwise, I think he probably wouldn't bother most of the time with that.

One thing he hates for me to do is tweeze those long eyebrows that he sometimes gets. He wants me to just trim them, but tweezing is better, because it takes them a LOT longer to grow back out!

Oh yeah, my hubby is a fanatic about brushing and flossing, and the deodorant thing too. I bought him cologne, but I think he has worn it once for me, he just doesn't care for the stuff so it just sits and turns to alcohol usually.

My hubby is in the military so he has to look sharp. I got him one of those little eyebrow trimmer things..I'm sure you know what I'm talking about...the thing they have on all the infomercials. He really likes that a lot. He has really bushy eyebrows and that helps! Otherwise, he is a neat freak in all things...always smells so good!

Re: Men's Grooming, do you men believe in grooming?

Well, Queer Eye For The Straight Guy may do my dh some good. But he does try. No prob with the shower, deoderant, After Shave or Colgne, brushes his teeth more and cares for them better than when younger. Shaves everyday but....................
his nails are UGH!!!!
That's where he takes out his nerves.
He has been trying to do better and let's me manicure them once a week but I've been lazy.

Anyone know a sure fire way to get him to quit?
We have tried the pepper stuff you paint on and everything else.
